WWOW: Where O Where Has My Wellness Gone?

I am up for some midnight hour Prayer and Praise Processing  and I realize that time has passed so quickly because this month has been filled with doctor appointments, rescheduling appointments because of Ice and snow and other situations. I am also  preparing some blogs scripts to be used for my online radio program. When I look back at my journal writings, I see several things that I have worked on to make my well being a reality and I see several things that I did not meet my wellness outcome so I decided to walk  a (Treadmill) mile at the eleventh hour which is something I don’t think I have ever done before.  So this day I thank God for giving me standing and walking power and then I finish the short month of February like I started: seeking wellness. Does anyone know why wellness is keeping a low profile as I continue my #Agechange69 round of questioning?

WWOW: Every Time I turn Around, God Is Making A Way

Today was a purple colored day! Why do you talk like we know what you are thinking? This is a question my children and husband ask frequently. Why do you not understand I expect miracles and having my Family Blends and Friends understand why I sing songs and shout about certain things. Today my daughter came by to see us with the words, I have not seen you in two weeks. She came with a purple scarf from her Carnival Cruise, with the words, “When I saw this it looked like something you would wear.” I smiled and ran to my closet to see what purple or red piece of clothing would work for me to wear with the scarf.

Today was one of my “well blessed” days! My daughter said “I know you are writing something about us.” Yes, I have enough material to fill a book and you all are the characters. As I move into my Midnight #prayerlifting zone, I say again to God, “Every time I turn around You are making a Way.”  If you don’t know it by now , I love to read and repeat the story of the goodness and mercy of the Lord God and my Savior.

WWOW: Weddings and Well Wishing!

I attended the wedding of my Senior Pastor on Valentine’s day and I thought it would be a joy for Wysjoyful Company to congratulate them for the beautiful ceremony and wish them wellness. I would love to be in Hawaii since it is now freezing rain and I have had enough of this weather.

WWOW: When Books Win!

#WWOW:  This has been a week where appointments have had to be canceled, Family Blends and Friends could do nothing but call to check on each other and then today there was the odor of gas in the air. I am writing, reading and doing rithmetic (paying bills) but I think I will call this a next day post and go somewhere and rest my head.

I have set a goal for a 99 word post so let me give you a quote from one of these books I am reading:

WWOW: The Up and Down Journey At The Peabody

! continue to capture scenes that will be included in my “Skies of My Sixties” journals. I noticed that someone had “liked”  a post from the past which reminded me of my Honey Bear’s work. He worked at the Peabody Hotel for 50 years before retiring and today we were remembering the ice storm of 21 years ago where he drove into work. He even remembered the route he took to avoid the ice crazed drivers. He was able to drive us to work and back so many times, I am thanking God for him as we both have since retired but I share with you a picture of the ultimate ups and downs on the job,.He retired in 2007 and he was honored with an elevator plaque at the Peabody Hotel. I think of how many times people must ride the elevator up and down and ask, “Who is Silas Harris? He is my one minute elevator speech on inspiration and gratitude. He is a wonderful man and I call him my “loving out loud” and a part of #WysWaysofWellness.
