I met a gentleman who asked my name and I said, “Wy.” He then said impatiently, “I just asked a simple question.” I repeated to him, “Wy” and I could tell he just did not have a clue of why I said Wy. This question prompted my “WysSkies” journal writing. The Talk Shoppe Memphis Networking group met at the YMCA and I won my “Y” cap and Cup. I picked up the expression “Wy at the Y” as a joyful 
introduction. I am convinced that the joy of the Lord is what gives me blue sky situations and lively steps.

A Crash Interruption
Day 11/ 14/17 is an experience day where I spent my afternoon sitting in the Doctor’s office and noting the events of the past month. My husband had been diagnosed with a acute onset of Kidney disease and we had an emergency follow up visit. I was very distraught as I picked up medicines before going home. This is when our truck was rear ended and my day was filled waiting an hour on the police. My son took a picture of the damages to the cars and then I began my praise to God that no one was injured and we were able to drive away. I believe seeing this picture of a wrecked car and being able to tell the story is proof that even in my exits of life’s journey and crashes, I still owe a God a hallelujah and a Thank The Lord for protection. I give God the glory for another day and miracle.
The Lost Butterfly and Found
This my visit to #Elmwood Cemetery as I write for this platform today. This keeps me stable as I put to press words that give me courage to step away from the hostile words and deeds of this present time. I am working on a #HelloConversations presentation and question # 15 asks “If only one story is told at your memorial service, who should tell it? I think that would be my first passionate cousin CMV. She remembers the day I was born and her best story of me is how I smile when someone mentions our family in the Woods.

Health care mandate in the United States
I wanted to post so that more readers could send to tyheir Legislators and save it.
At a health care town hall last year, our representative said that US citizens have not given Congress a mandate for health care.
I raised my hand. “I beg to differ. The mandate is already law. The law says that no person in the US can be refused care at any emergency room. We have the mandate. Unfortunately the emergency room is the most expensive and cruel and last minute care that we could possibly choose.”
Expensive: any ER visit costs more than a whole day of visits to my rural family medicine clinic.
Last minute: the emergency room doesn’t do chronic care. Their purpose is to 1. try to stop someone from dying and 2. decide if the person should be hospitalized or should follow up in clinic. They do not do prenatal care, treat high blood pressure, treat diabetes, depression, high cholesterol, alcoholism. They do not do chronic…
