The Skies areCrying!

I opened the door and discovered a package on my porch. It contained the devotionals I had written with the dedication to my GirlMic/Leslie. I took a deep breath and imagined the smiles and laughter she would have given me over the telephone when I called to tell her the books were here. I sat down and thought about the rain storm I had been driving in last week. I remember thinking that the skies were crying.  I read one of her favorite scriptures from Psalm 103:1 “Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.”

Wy’s Sky and Love Clouds for My Seventies at Nashville #TC2 Summit.      This is one of the clouds from our trip to Nashville in June 2015 and I remember I was so excited as I shared it with my GirlMic/Leslie. I sometimes count all the little clouds that surround  the bigger one and think if we as families  and friends could follow this  pattern in the skies for heaven and earth.

WWOW: Finding Fruit in the Psalms

I am reading Psalms for the next seventy days and  coordinating the readings to a Prayer and Meditation exercise. I am turning ten years of journal writings into a memory book for my Family Blends and Friends. Today as I was working through chapter titles and the introduction, I did a #Photo101 to show my journals and how I could apply the writings to the Book of Psalms.
